Our mission is to provide a healthy and rejuvenating environment for our guests to experience the only organically and sustainably based salon in Anchorage. Bio-dynamic, organic and chemical free products are used whenever possible, as well as recyclable packaging, and biodegradable ingredients.

Environment
We offer many ways to support no waste living by refilling & repurposing our used product packaging, and recycling 95% of our salon waste.

Ingredients
We promise to always use professional salon products with the highest organic quality and the lowest carbon footprint. No Ammonia, Formaldehyde, Parabens or other ingredients with known toxicity levels.
Expertise
Our staff participates in ongoing training of advanced techniques for hair cutting and coloring. Each appointment starts with an in-depth consultation identifying the right products for you and your needs. Your skin is your largest organ, if you want healthy hair it starts with a healthy scalp.
Every piece of packaging we sell can be recycled through us, unlike your local recycling center. When you purchase products from us, return your used bottle’s or metal tube’s, lids and pumps! Most of our glass bottle items are refillable, and our metal tubes are infinitely recyclable. Refilling products not only saves the environment, but you’ll save over 15% on regular product costs, or 10% on your next purchase. In addition, we donate all of our excess glass bottles to Blue Market AK for reuse. Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Indulge in a relaxing, restorative treatment tailored to you with Oway’s scalp therapy products. Whether you suffer from hair loss, irritation, eczema, psoriasis, or you just want to detox your scalp seasonally, they follow the cycle of the moon for rebalancing, relaxing and regenerating.

Scalp Treatments
HStraighten- This system is a single product with a double action. We can provide two different services with the same product depending on the hair type and desired result; cuticle restoration and frizz-reduction with the TAMING treatment, or a long lasting smoothing effect with the SMOOTHING treatment. Made with nourishing organic botanicals and safe replacements to harsh chemicals. It creates smooth, frizz-free hair that last 3-4 months without breaking keratin bonds.

​​Rebuilding Treatment This luxurious, aromatic treatment is combed into the hair and sealed with an infrared flat iron. It restores substance to damaged hair, reconstructing its protein and lipid structure for a long-lasting effect.

Perms We offer perms that do not contain Thioglycolate or Ammonia!

Your stylist starts with an in-depth consultation including a professional scalp analysis and will delight you with a selection of organic products for your hair and scalp needs. A wash and style is always included. Hair trimmings are recycled through Green Circle Salons.

Hair Color
Ammonia-free, low odor, paraben- and resorcinol-free, allergy friendly, PPD-free with amazing grey coverage. Add beautifully dimensional highlights and lowlights, rich hues, natural or high fashion color options available. Color consultations with a stylist are always complimentary.

With Green Circle Salons, Salon DaVinci is able to divert thousands of pounds of waste a year, including plastic packaging and bottles, glass, excess color, aluminum foil, paper and cardboard, even hair! Instead of this waste contributing to landfills and mucking waterways, it gets recycled and repurposed into sustainable and useful products.
