Service Policies
At Salon DaVinci, our goal is to provide personalized care that enhances your natural beauty. To ensure the best experience, please note that some services are tailored specifically for new clients, while others are designed for our loyal regulars. Selecting the appropriate service is important, as it affects the time and price of your appointment. We understand that booking can sometimes be tricky, but rest assured, we’ll adjust as needed to meet your hair’s unique needs. Thank you for trusting us with your haircare journey.
By booking through our online system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Credit Card on File. To book your appointment, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. This information will be securely stored for future appointments and used to charge no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or any additional fees, as outlined in our policies.

50% Deposit Required. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all online appointments. This deposit secures your appointment and allows us to prepare for your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you agree to forfeit your deposit.

No-Show Policy. We understand that unexpected changes can arrise, and sometimes schedules change. However, missed appointments without prior notice will result in the full service charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that all fees must be settled before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service time, or we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will still be responsible for half of the full appointment charge. Should we need to reschedule.
In turn, if your stylist is running more than 15 minutes behind without prior notice, you may choose to reschedule your appointment without any additional fees. -
Service Modifications. If you wish to modify your service after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid additional fees. Changes to the service may affect the duration or pricing , and may have to be rescheduled if time is a factor.

Satisfaction Guarantee. At Salon DaVinci, we are committed to providing the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to address any concerns. Requests for adjustments made outside of this time frame may be subject to additional charges.

Environmental Commitment. Salon DaVinci is committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint. We use eco-friendly products and packaging and recycle nearly 95% of the waste associated with each service. A $2 eco fee will be added to each appointment to help cover the costs of recycling efforts and keeping these materials out of the landfill.

Refund Policy​. At Salon DaVinci, we are committed to providing the highest quality service and ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds for services rendered, but we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with alternative solutions.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to address any concerns and make adjustments as needed.
Cancellation Policy
At Salon DaVinci, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, we also value the time and effort our team invests in preparing for your appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have the following cancellation policy:

48-Hour cancellation Notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules change. Deposit Handling Policy. For online appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled within the required 48-hour window, the 50% deposit will be forfeited, and full payment will be due before future appointments can be scheduled.

Emergency Situations. We understand that emergencies happen. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but a charge may still apply depending on the circumstances.
Salon Etiquette

Respect for Time. Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within the 48 hour timeframe to avoid any penalties.

Clean & Safe Environment. We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances as we have many people with sensitivities that will be affected.

Health and Allergies. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to products, please inform your stylist before the appointment so we can take appropriate measures to ensure your safety and comfort.

Creating a Positive Experience. At Salon DaVinci, we are committed to providing a welcoming and relaxing environment for everyone. We kindly ask all clients to treat our team and fellow guests with courtesy and respect. In the rare instance that behavior disrupts the comfort of others, we may need to conclude the service early to maintain a positive atmosphere for all.
